We offer a complete package of tool design, and manufacture of components in our transfer presses.

We have had many successes in working with customers to develop their component design in line with our knowledge of the possibilities of the deep drawing process to create groundbreaking products.

With presses ranging from 3 tonnes to 8 tonnes capacity we can make a huge variety of deep drawn pressings.

Typically a press will run at 40-100 parts per minute giving a potential for tens of millions of parts per year for each machine.

All tool design is done in house, and all development and manufacture of tools is done in our own workshop to the highest standards by skilled toolmakers.

We are certified to ISO:9001 and operate statistical process controls.
